  FIRST OF ALL
  ASK IF YOU NEED A VISA, CALL THE PARAGUAYAN CONSULATE IN YOUR COUNTRY.
  I’M SURE AMERICAN CITIZEN NEED VISA TO ENTER IN PARAGUAY, BUT THEY NEED TO GET THE VISA IN THE USA, THE PRICE IS AROUND 65.
