City of coincidences
One of the things I noticed during my trips to Asuncion is that social life is a big part of the culture.
Some people go out a lot, from Monday to Monday, even if they have to work next day, some won’t just settle for not going out just because they have to wake up early, well that is mostly seeing in young or single people.
And an amazing thing I’ve observed was that you will find the same people of a certain circle by coincidence at the same places.
Sometimes I went to a bar by myself and I always found some friends there, or if not, at least I’ve found some familiar face to hang out with.
I guess that is show in all other social circles in Paraguay, here in the USA it’s very hard or not very likely to find people on the streets or public places by coincidence.
In Asuncion the best plan is any plan!! Just go out, you will find your friends, they will just appear as if there was something planned. (if not, most have cellular phones)
During the day you most likely will find known people or friends on the streets, and 
maybe have coffee with them.
Sometimes it really amazes me, sometimes I find friends of my different circle of friends at the same place, they just pop up, magic, coincidence, stadistics??, I don’t know, it seems all arranged.
Maybe the city is too small or the cool places are few, I don’t know how statistics work but for me Asuncion is the city of coincidences.
