Evelina me desiluciono y puedo decir que por un error suyo termine pagando por otro pasaje para ir a Paraguay . No se hizo cargo, no me devolvio nada y no me atendia el telefono. Estoy profundamente indignada y no la recomendaria NUNCA. Como dije , nunca antes me habia fallado, su servicio era excelente, pero cuando metio la pata no se hizo cargo y eso me costo otros 1000 dolares. Evelina ME ESTAFO y su etica profesional quedo destruida. Note-best time to call her is in the morning (EST). Not only is she efficient and helpful, she has great tips on hotels and a great sense of humor. All this and low fares too!
