While I was in Paraguay I came around some interesting information about the Au pair program which consists in abroad girls coming to live into a family with kids to make part of that family for 1 year (extendable for another year)  to help with child care and education.

This program is new in Paraguay but there are many successfully stories already of Paraguayan Girls living abroad, obviously the girls have to met many requirements and have to be in first years of college, special training  is provided before they can be part of the program.
